She now coaches Executives, Mid-level and Early Career professionals, helping them identify, prepare for and negotiate their next career move.
Erin has led hiring teams in North America, India and Europe for some of the most successful organizations in the world including Accenture, Amazon, Aon, PeopleResults and Great Hill Partners. She has personally assessed, presented and negotiated offers with thousands of professionals at all levels, and has worked with individual CEOs to build their leadership teams. Her industry experience spans software, high-tech, consulting, insurance, banking, hospitality and manufacturing, across all corporate functions.
Erin is a frequent speaker and presenter on talent topics and is the host of Big Fish in the Talent Pool, a podcast for talent leaders.
